You need to go see your doctor and get examined. You have symptoms that warrant a proper exam and better testing than otc testing.
No, chlamydia is not going to be on your sex toys after all this time but there might be other bacteria on them. Depending on what type of material they are made out of , they need replaced regularly because of this.

OTC testing means over the counter testing, such as your UTI testing kit.
