Can vaginal fluid cause STDs?

Hi. I had an encounter at a massage parlour. I got a handjob from the masseuse, while I touched her vagina and breasts. While taking a shower right after, I used my hand to wash my penis without soap. I also realised that my skin my finger was slightly chipped. It was not bleeding though.   There is no way of knowing whether the girl was clean. I am very scared now. What are the chances that I am at risk of a serious infections. Should I be taking some anti-biotic as precaution? Please reply.

Thanks Vance. I did a lot of reading online and it seems I may be in the clear. I'm still anxious thought. Should I be on the lookout for some specific symptoms?
