Can you HELP me?!

Okay i have had sex unprotected, and oral, but a couple months back i noticed on the underside of my glans (glands) penis, (the head). that there are these realy really small bumbs, there redish, they just look like red bumps, small red bumps, they dont itch, they dont hurt but there just there and i have been getting worried if they can be something serious. can yuo please help me like i said there just really small bumbs half way around my head on the underside, which are just really small bumps.
PLEASE HELP.

It could be mild staph, an allergic reaction, etc., but the only way you are going to know is to see a doctor.  Its been a couple of months - its time.
