Can you get and spread jock itch by mouth?

Here's a hypothetical.  Male sex partner "A" has bad case of jock itch.  His sex partner "B" stimulates A by oral-to-genital area and oral-to-anal contact.  Can B get A's jock itch inside, around and/or near B's mouth?  If so, what are the symptoms of "oral jock itch"?  What would be the treatment for B's "oral jock itch"?  And if B is sexually active with other partners, could B spread jock itch to those other partners by oral-to-oral and/or oral-to-genital and/or oral-to-anal contact with said other partners?
