Can you get syphilis sores on the back of your neck?

I had a naked full body massage at massage parlour a couple of months ago. There was genital to genital contact but no sex. I'm really worried I put myself at risk of syphilis.  especially as about a month ago I noticed a pimple on the back of my neck that hasn't gone away yet.

I've been googling the topic to death and keep finding mixed opinions on whether this could be connected. A lot of articles say syphilis sores primarily appear on the genitals and that is where I would expect them to appear. However,  others say that they can turn up anywhere.

I'm just a bit worried because the timeline is almost exactly when you would first expect something to appear after exposure.

I've just been tested but have to wait a few days now. Can someone help me in the meantime?

I mean I had a cut on my finger when I fingered her but the sore was up on my shoulder.

I'm in a similar boat from fingering a masseuse. With a sore on my finger. My sore was up near my shoulder of the same arm. Please post your test results and I'll share mine. I'm going to get tested on Thursday.

What ever part of the body with an opening like a sore makes contact with the open syphilis sore, the sore will appear at that spot so if the neck made contact the sore would appear on the neck.
