Can you help me PLEASE

OMG it all started like 4 years ago.. it started by having sex with my g/f (after we split up and got back together ..yea) . and for a week when i pissed it burnt like hell but never no white discharge like for gonorrhea. and then following that these black/purple lil bumps started to grow on my penis all the way from shaft to balls. and i have been so scared to go to the docter ( like a sissy) and me and her just lived with it. and now we split up again she has no signs of the bumps i have  and never has!!! ( so unfair! )  So now the bumps are not on the shaft they are just on the ball sack and right at the base of my penis. they dont hurt at all but they do itch from time to time.  they look like pimples not warts.. i have NO idea what this is called and no idea how to get rid of them! PLEASE help me if you can . surely some one out there has this and has dealt with this very thing b4!!!

to start you said this is going on for 4 years and it doesn't matter what other people have done or experienced every case is different.
You need to see a Dr about this. No one can diagnosis you over the internet. See a Dr and get this taken care of. Your health is not worth playing around with.
