Chances of STD/STI?

A little about me: I am 24 years of age, male, asian, heterosexual and uncircumcised (foreskin can retract completely and I wash often).

A little more than a month ago, I had unprotected oral sex with a high risk female (sex worker) and protected intercourse.  The whole encounter lasted maybe 45 minutes (15 minutes being unprotected oral, with lots of saliva).  Prior to it, we both took a shower and rinsed our mouths with Listerine mouthwash.

A week ago (about a month after the encounter), I started to have some symptoms:
-Felt like there was a drop of of urine left in my urethra after urinating
-Difficulty during urination, my stream was weak even though I pushed hard
-Frequent urge to urinate, even though I had urinated just prior to
-Maybe some slight burning at the tip and during urination (I'm not quite sure, it didn't really BURN but it definitely felt very warm).
-Urine was dark yellow
-Inflamed prostate
-Testicular pain (for about a night)
-Overall, it felt like my penis was very sore
-No discharge, odor, itch or bumps occurred
-My genitals are not tender to touch, I can touch and feel them without any pain

Being scared, naturally, I thought it was a UTI. I know, it's rare for a male my age to develop it.  I bought an AZO home test kit and the results were:
-Positive for leukocytes
-Negative for nitrites

I went and got myself tested at a low-cost clinic and is currently waiting for the results to come back (end of this week).  At the clinic, the doctor performed a prostate exam and determined that my prostate was slightly inflamed. Also, the doctor stated that there was WBC and blood in my urine (though not enough to make my urine red).

I was wondering what are my chances of catching an STI from that encounter.  Also, I noticed that my girlfriend as developed a sore throat (she gives me oral now and then).  However, the weird thing is that the symptoms come and go.  Meaning, I only seem to notice them when I am by myself or have nothing to think about.  Also, the symptoms seemed to have resided after a few days (is this natural for STD/STI?)

I was given a shot of Ceftriaxone and 14 days of Doxycycline.  How fast does the shot work? Because during and after the clinic visit, my symptoms did not really occur again.

I am scared whether it really is an STD/STI or could it just be phantom pains from guilt?

Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you in advance for your time.

No, but it's not a STD.

Thank you very much for answering my question, Vance. However it doesn't explain why the clinic found WBC and blood in my urine :(

"I only seem to notice them when I am by myself or have nothing to think about."-This is a symptom of anxiety not a STD.
