Chances of a STD from a brief oral sex that was less then 15 seconds

I am a male and two days ago I received oral sex from another guy that maybe lasted 15 seconds before i stopped him and left. We were still clothed and standing up. Beside him stroking my penis as well for a few seconds, that was all that occurred.  I am feeling guilty and nervous that i might have caught something. I tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac . So  I start feeling that I have symptoms.  What are my chances that I caught a STD in that window. Please help. I also tend to suffer from chronic pelvic pain syndrome when I get stressed out and believe this is what is going on, since this started less then 48 hours after the encounter. I tried a AZO strip and it came up negative.  Please Help

Thanks for the reply, so I figure what I am feeling is what happens when I stress out and start feeling guilty. So just for please of mind.  It's very unlikely you think that I was expose to anything in such a short manner.
