Chances of orally-transmitted HPV-2?

Hi all,

I recently had unprotected oral sex with a female, with her performing orally to me.  She just told me that she has HPV-2, but has not had an outbreak in over 5 months, and is on Valtrex to treat the STI.  She has never had oral lesions or any sort of oral herpes, but I am still worried.  Her pajamas remained on the entire time, although I did pleasure her by hand for a minute or two.

However, I have noticed two small bumps on my testicles.  I can only explain them as looking like "chigger" bites to me. They have a white-head on them, and are no more than .5 cm in diameter.  They do not itch particularly, and I have no other symptoms to my knowledge.  I have spent some time outside, playing basketball in shorts, so it could be a possibility.  Additionally, I was wearing sandals, so that could be it also.

I am just really worried I have contracted HPV-2, and would like to know what my chances are without having to see a doctor about this.  I'm sorry if this isn't so descriptive, but thank you for any help!

If your only contact was she performed oral sex on you - then you were not at risk for hsv2 genitally.

Your symptoms could be many things. If you are concerned - see your doctor for a further work up.
