Chlamydia - test said no

Just over a year ago I had two incidents. One protected sex with a sex worker and one unprotected oral with sex worker.

I was tested two weeks later for all the STIs with urine tests at my local GUM clinic. They were all clear. I was quite stressed with everything and went back a couple of time. I am sure I retested for chlamydia and others and again it was clear. Forty own peace of mind I did a rapid hiv test after 3 months which was clear.

BUT, now a year later I have a swollen testicle with no other symptoms. I was ill with either food poisoning or a bug a weeks ago which kind of passed the. My testicle starting to get some pain. It was sensitive to touch.

Surely I can't have chlamydia as the tests said it was negative. I have a history of 3 kidney stones in the past but never a pain in testicle and a swelling. The hospital yesterday just told me it was an infection. Please can you confirm that based on what I have said there is no chance of chlamydia.

With negative tests...yes unrelated to a STD.

I have seen a doctor and they have told me I have an infection but not identified the cause. Assuming I only had the urine test for chlamydia just at 2 weeks and it was clear, is it still unlikely that any of it has to with std?

Why? Thanks for your help. REALLY appreciate it.

See a Dr, this has nothing to do with a STD, unless you had sex with someone else.
