Can Chlamydia grow to be Gonnarha if infection gets worse? Or does it stay to be Chlamydia?

chlamydia and gonorrhea are caused by diff bacteria so one cannot turn into another.  however both can develop PID when left untreated.

Is it possible to get Gonorrhea with out some kind of sexual intercourse? Or is it always from an STD

gonorrhea is a "sexually transmitted infection" so it spreads through sexual contact and unprotected sex. gonorrhea usually cannot live out on its own for more than a few seconds esp in non moist areas but it is possible to get gonorrhea from a recently used wet towel or recently used undewear.
