Chlamydia being missed diagnosed

tt6
I just found out i have chlamydia. so i have several questions.
I was pregnant and got tested and my test came back negative I hadn't had sex at all while I was pregnant so its been over 9 months. A little bit after having my baby I started having sex again and end up getting chlamydia. My partner said he wasn't having sex with anybody else and I wasn't having sex with anyone else either. Is it possible I had it while I was pregnant and it was missed diagnosed. I did get treated for a bladder infection. Is it possible i had it for 9 months without knowing it?

They did give me medicine for it they gave me 2 pills azithromycin 500mg to take at once so how long will it take before im cured and how long should I wait til having sex again?

Its doubtful that your testing during pregnancy would have missed this - you are usually tested twice during pregnancy, but you might want to check with your doctor.

Why do you think you had it, and this guy didn't?  If he's ever had sex before, he could have it.  And he could have it and not know it, so it has nothing to do with trust, most likely.

first off if you had your baby nature then no an second during your pregancy you have blood work so if you had something it would have came up while you were pregnant. an if i were you i wait to sart having sex for at least 10 days. sweetheart men are not to trusted.
