Chlamyidia test after 3 months exposure.

I read somewhere that Chlamydia could be diagnosed if the test is done before two weeks (somebody says before one week!). Otherwise it can not be diagnosed. I read the same also for Gonorrhea. Is that true? If yes, how it could be happened and what is the solution? Seems the life is not that easy?!

So I should suppose that it must be shown with a very high accuracy even after six months or years?

chlamydia and Gono NAAT tests are highly sensitive and are highly accurate 3-4 days after an exposure.

Three months is just a sample. It is a general question.
