Cipro and Zipro

I recently had an ill advised encounter with a girl in Rio de Janeiro during Carnaval.  Unfortunately, my condom broke and ever since I've had a near constant tingling at the end of my penis, although I've had no discharge.  I assume that I have one of either chlamydia or gonorrhea, but because I can't speak Portuguese nor can I find a Brazilian doctor in my area who speaks English I haven't been able to confirm.  As a result, I went to a pharmacy and got a 10-pack of 500mg Cipro and a 3 pack of 500mg Zipro.  I took 1000mg of Cipro and 1000mg of Zipro yesterday and another 500mg of each today.  Have a I taken enough of these drugs to kill both bacterial infections, and if so, how long should it take to clear up an infection if I do indeed have one?

I agree with this. You must be able to form some kind of communication with a Dr to let him know. Self treating is never a good option.
1. You don't know what you are really taking
2. You don't know the proper dosage
3. You don't know the side effects
4. You can build up a resistance to the medication if you don't have an infection

Tingling is not really a symptom of anything. If you had burning while urinating or discharge then I would say good indication of a STD.

But again see a Dr or go to a hospital and form some kind of communication, even hand gestures or drawing pictures will help.
You clearly have access to the internet look up an online translator, this will allow you to find out what words you want to say in have it translated from English to Portugeses.

Like, "Had sex, need testing" Something simple and to the point.

Pls DO NOT self treat yourself. Unless proper tests are performed, you can say anything for sure. Better consult a DOC Immediately.

Thanks
