I have had unprotected sex alot in the last 4 months. I started having symptoms 2 weeks ago (which is a month after the last time I had sex. My symptoms are itching all of my penis, mostly the tip. A milk white discharge inside my penis. Every once and awile I get small pains.
What do you think I have and How do i treat it?

You're going to have to go to a clinic or a doctor, they will run urine STD tests for the two most common STDs. It sounds like chlamydia or gonorrhea. You should also get blood tests for HIV, syphilis, and herpes (herpes is accurate IgG type-specific test at 12 weeks post exposure) since you've been having a lot of acts of unprotected sex.
