Clear, Sticky Discharge + Pain in Shaft

Hello.

I have been experiencing a clear, sticky discharge for some time now, and it's become quite annoying to deal with. The discharge is odorless at first, but if not cleaned regularly it results in a pungent scent around the glans and shaft of my penis. It occurs when seated, after urination (directly after), and after defecation. I also experience an occasional pain in my shaft, closer to the tip of my penis.

At first I was concerned it could be an STD or bacterial infection of some kind, though I have not had sexual activity in the last five years. The problem being specific to my penis, it has become quite bothersome. I have also noticed a recent discoloration around the shaft, though I have not experienced any swelling or discoloration of any other areas.

Two months ago I went to a FP and despite informing the doctor of my history I was preemptively treated for Gonnorhea and Chlamydia while also tested for them. The results came back negative for both. On the second visit, another doctor at the clinic suggested I treat it as a UTI. I was prescribed cipro and after seven days there was no change.

Is it possible that this is a yeast infection or some form of fungal infection? Prostatitis? There are no sores, no warts, no other symptoms - however, the symptoms I do have are quite bothersome. Even if I clean and dry the penis, the discharge will appear within the next 15-30 minutes once again. It is nearly constant.

Because I do not have insurance and the lowest price I've been able to find for a consultation is 250 dollars, not including any tests and examinations, is there a surefire method of dealing with it if my prostate is the source of the problem?

I am only 32 years old, and I wouldn't think that it is my prostate at such a young age. However, I don't think it is at all possible that it could be an STI either - confirmed, after the testing, that it is not the usual suspects.
