Clear Drip after Azithromycin

Hello,

I had unprotected oral sex with a sw.  Seven days later I was tested for Gonorrhea & Clamydia.  Both tests came back negative.  Ten days post exposure I noticed a clear, perhaps a little cloudy drip (I couldn't be sure because of the lighting).  I went to my doctor that day and he gave me 1 gram of azithromycin for a possible NGU infection just to be safe.  He looked me over and said everything looked normal.  Nine days after treatment, I woke up and noticed a very clear, very tiny, sticky drop a the tip of my penis.  It looked like precum.  Is this normal?  I did have erotic dreams before I woke up.  I have never had any painful urination or any other symptoms.  What should I do?

not sure if this makes a difference, but I had a lot of beer the day/night before.  Also I haven't had sex since my high risk exposure.
