Clear Sticky Discharge, what is it?

What is it from? I have it in the morning..but i get erection about every morning....every time i get and erection or a semi and don't ejaculate, I have this sticky stuff that comes out of my penis and dries my meatus together and such...is this normal? And during foreplay is gushes...what is this

it is normal. it is pre-ejaculatory fluid.
