Clear/White Leakage

Hello, I'm not quite sure when it started but yesterday I noticed that there is some small leakage of what appears to be sperm though I am not quite sure. I believe it has been happening for a matter of days now but I feel it may or may not be nothing. There is no redness, or swelling, or itching, nor burning, it does not sting to urinate or anything of the kind. It is simply this strange white leakage, sometimes it is clear but feels as if it is "blanks". Now I have masterbated and immediately afterwards forced myself to urinate, (though I am not sure why), and I wonder if some sperm might have just gotten "stuck" and that could be the possible reason as to why there is leakage. I am not sure what to make of this, I have had unprotected sex but whilst we were about to I stopped when we first started, immediately stopped due to lack of faith in myself and fear for an STD. I am worried but at the same time I feel it may be nothing.

I suspect you are worrying far too much.  Little that you describe suggests that you have an STD.  The simplest and most direct way to approach this is to go and be examined by a knowledgable health care provider who can examine you and perform tests for NGU, chlamydia and gonorrhea.  Testing is best done at a time when you have not urinated.  In addition, I would urge you NOT to accept the offer of treatment "just in case". this iwll not serve you well.  Given your level of concern, my feeling is that you need an explanation and to rule out STDs rather than treatment provided as guesswork.  I'll have little more to say. A possible annoying thing to you would for me to attempt to come up with a possibility i just thought of. I masterbated, ejaculated, whilst still aroused and exactly after ejaculating forced myself to urinate. Is it probable, that some semen might have gotten stuck in the urinary tract blocking all urine to come out at once and therfore leaking out in a clear white liquid.

Another peculiar aspect of this is that within my urinary tract several times during the day..i believe i feel movement. Im honestly not sure if its coming from the urinary tract or the area of which the sperm travels through. It is a rather strange sensation. It happens only when the penis is unaroused and i believe is contained within the middle of the penis to sometimes to mid left of the penis. I also find it a bit difficult to urinate completely, i urinate mostly but then the flow stops before all of it is gone and i know this because i feel the urine still in the tract. I dont know what it is and its difficult to explain. This may be completely useless information but i still give it.

When aroused the dryness and wrinkles seems to disappear so it could possibly just be loose skin on that part. My apologies.

Yes sir, this leakage happens most of the time and continues to happen. I fear I may have an STD and yes I was told she had had many unprotected sex so I feel she may have had something. It happens at all times during the day, I will check at random times and it continues to leak a very very small amount of clear liquid with some white in it. Each time i wipe it away, it returns again as the same thing. It had been happening before the time of said intercourse i believe. I know this because i sleep with no clothing and i would wake up in the morning and have cotton fibers attached to the opening. So that leads me to believe it started earlier than said intercourse. However, when it is not leaking, the skin around the opening is almost like a ring of dry skin, it shows wrinkles and appears dry. But not dry enough for discomfort. And the unprotected sex was last night. I may of not noticed this leakage if it wasnt for the fear of gaining an STD from this woman.

Welcome to our Forum.  The details of your concern are not completely clear to me.  When was the unprotected exposure in which you began to have unprotected sex?  Was the partner someone who you think is likely to have an STD?  Is the "leakage" you describe there most of the time or from time to time?  Additional details will help me to address your concerns.

Men do have normal genital secretions that can vary in amount from time to time and indeed sometimes after being in a state of sexual arousal there can be increased amounts of these secretions which come from the testicles, the prostate and other glands within the genital tract.

Perhaps some of these comments are helpful.  If you wish to provide additional comments I'll be happy to comment further. EWH
