Clitoris glans peeling

I had been having symptoms of foul odor and discharge for 3 weeks with irritation around vaginal area so I seen my ob. After a culture results came back with bacterial vaganosis and yeast infection and she stated there were no signs of genital herpes from her exam. I noticed two days after the exam I had peeling on my clitoris . Not on the hood so I'm guessing that is the glans. My question is they looked like 3 patches of " healing spots", in my head "sores". They did not hurt and now 4 days later I can't notice the "spots or sores" very well. Could that have  been a missed herpes outbreak without me having pain? I would have never noticed but I seem the skin peeling when I pulled the hood back. It scared me because it looked like fresh skin under but in patches or again healing sores. Please help.

I've been with my partner for 3 years and he has had a blood rest for all std's but I have not . I've only had vaginal cultures and physical examinations. I really appreciate all of the feed back. I think since I'm older my body is changing and I'm more aware of my parts sometimes too much.

not unusual at all for this to be due to  yeast. I'd assume it was from that at this point.

do you have a regular partner? were you both tested for all std's, including herpes , prior to starting to have sex together?

Well then i would go with that diagnosis as cultures are very accurate. If your concerned then have a follow up with the doctor about that.

I am not sure. She took a vaginal culture and sent it off and called me two days later with the bacterial and yeast diagnosis
