Coliform Spp

Kindly assist me with this, sometimes ago, I had wetness at the mouth of my anus and it gave me a lot of concern. I had a premonition that it could be a toilet infection ( Because I am guilty of using public toilet severally).

In a bid to get it off, I started taking Erythromycin Antibiotic but instead of this to take it off, I started having a tapping sensation at the tip of my penis and later occasional pains on my scrotum. I later went for a blood test and urine test. The blood test was -ve for VDRL and the urine test reveal that A large growth of coliform spp appeared after 24hrs incubation period.

With this, I got a prescription of CiproTab which I took for one week and got a bit of relieve. Not long after, the feelings came back and its as if nothing has been used before. I tried to take another dosage of the antibiotic (Although not regular) but still having that feelings especially if I had an intercourse with my wife.

Currently, I( dont know what to do and I need an advice. I am feeling very uncomfortable and most a times it gives me fever. My sex drive is low and suffer poor erection.

But does it mean the antibiotic I used is ineffective or what?
Again, ever before now, I usually experience a low back pain and low sex drive. Even if I had to have sex with my wife, its always annoying because it wouldn't last more than few minutes.

Could bacteria infection be responsible for this. Kindly answer
