Concerned about Symptoms

Hello again,

I am having some symptoms that I am hoping to rule out as a possible STD(s).  As a recap, I had a protected oral and an unprotected hand-job (I also masturbated her as well) from a call girl about 8 evenings ago.

Symptoms I AM experiencing:
Constipation with very small bowel movements
Dark stool
Slight yellowish mucous in stool
Low appetite (In other words I don't feel hungry like normal but I'm forcing myself to eat normally)
Slight discomfort in my lower abdomen (it just feel full)
Slight pain in testicles (but I have always had this and it is probably due to being a desk jockey and tight pants)
My body feels like it's running hot (not able to verify temperature at this time)
Small amount of fatigue (hardly noticeable)
Drinking liquids seems to take a long time to pass through my body

Symptoms I am NOT experiencing:
Itching, burning, tingling anywhere (other than the occasional "normal" scratch)
Discomfort/pain urinating
Discharge from penis
Discomfort in penis
Sore, lesions of any kind

Risk factors aside, are the above symptoms attributable to any STD(s) (hepatitis included)?  Again, since this is day 8, this is about the time symptoms should start occurring so I suppose I'm on high alert at this time.  I'm also fully aware that my anxiety and guilt could be causing these symptoms, but at this time I'm welcoming any additional/useful information.  Thanks in advance for your time.

That's pretty much what I expected to hear (and hope is true).  Ok, thanks for taking the time to reply, Vance.  Take care!
