Concerned about a few bumps

Hi,
First of all, thank you very much for taking my question.

The last time I had sex was almost 11 months ago in December. At around June, I noticed about 3 or 4 small bumps on the right side of my shaft. They're almost too small to notice and seem to disappear when the penis is erect or the skin is stretched.
I was very worried and went to 6 doctors to have it examined. Here's the breakdown.

Doctor 1: He said it definitely wasn't venereal and thought it was ringworm. He gave me some cream for it, but it didn't go away. He was even surprised I noticed it.
Doctor 2: He thought that one could be a wart, but said he wasn't definite and referred me to a dermatologist.
Doctor 3: I went back to the first doctor to tell him it didn't go away. One of his colleagues reexamined me and told me she would be very surprised if it was warts or anything to worry about.
Doctor 4: I went to the dermatologist that I was first referred to and he said one could be a wart, but he wasn't sure about the rest.
Doctor 5: Same as Doctor 4.
Doctor 6: I went to a dermatologist in my area that I was referred to and she diagnosed the area as sweat gland inclusions. Since I wear an athletic cup, she said that might have caused it. She reexamined me 3 weeks later to see if anything changed. Nothing changed and she said I have nothing to worry about. She also said that warts usually proliferate and my bumps are difficult to see.

All the doctors said the bumps were too small to biopsy.

You can see my confusion. Should I trust the dermatologist and not worry a about it? Thanks.

With apology, I cannot be nearly as certain as a doctor who has examined you personally.   I would trust the dermatologist.  In any case, this doesn't sound serious and I don't think you have any STD.  Relax and accept the dermatologist's reassurance.  And don't keep doctor-shopping, which is partly responsible for your confusion.

Best wishes--  HHH, MD
