Confused

I am so confused and out of my mind.. I have been having problems for a while, repeated b.v.  I was having a more than normal discharge, so I was tested in December and it came back B.V. I took the meds but half way through had an allergic reaction so had to stop taking them and was given some vag pessaries which solved the problem.  I began again with heavy discharge at the beginning of March, so again went to the doctors for a vaginal swab and to my surprise it came back clear.  The discharge didn't seem to get better so I went to a different doctors  just 3 weeks later and was re swabbed and to my horror the test came back as suspected gonnerhea.  I attacked my husband of 17 years for being unfaithful.  He has no symptoms and denied strongly that it is anything to do with him.  I have not been with anyone else so how could I have this?.  Anyway the next day he went straight to the doctors and all his tests have come back negative...  I can't understand and I am extremely beside myself.. Any answers please..

No it can't be from a toilet seat or dirty hands.

I don't understand either, that was on my test result , which I believe was tested by the gram method.  The doctor said to be 100 % sure they would do another test but it would be very expensive and as far as they were concerned that test is 85% certain..  And they are going to treat it anyway so they didn't do the test..  I told them my husband had no symptoms and his tests were clear, the doctor said it can be from a toilet seat or dirty hands.....  Could it?....
