Confused can I get some help

I received protected oral sex but condom had a tear at the base. Went to urologist he said didn't see any infection in my urine sample taken in office. He said he thinks it's Interstitial cystitis but why did he give me a antibotic (antibiotic)?

no idea why you were given an antibiotic. sounds like your provider is perhaps unsure and just covering the bases.

did they also examine your prostate?

protected oral sex, even with a tear at the base of the condom, isn't a risk for std's.
