Connect the dots?

About a year ago, I contracted chlamydia and hsv 1 and 2.  I have never had an outbreak but developed tons of weird health issues all summer. It actually took them until this November to diagnose herpes because they didn't check until I specifically asked for it.
Chlamydia symptoms showed up within a week of sleeping with her. About 4 weeks later my throat looked like it had a viral infection and 6 weeks into it i started having trouble breathing as well as a weird skin rash on hips and one episode of night sweats.
From here on out here's what developed and is still occurring with me on a random but daily basis.

Sharp headaches behind the eyes.
fatigue
Unable to take a full breath at any time
chest pressure /tightness
sore throat sometimes felt like it was burning
joint pain
internal tremors, shakey hands and vision
Reflux and eosinophilic esophagitis. Feels like something is growing in throat.
pains in abdomen area every morning or whenever I lay flat on stomach.  Feels like a mix of someone squeezing the organs and gas pains. Goes away if I move around
My heartbeat became visible through chest. Their best guess is that I tore a hole in the tissue that's supposed to be in front of it. I have a video if you want to see it and yes it is my heart.

I'm still testing HIV negative, which is pretty conclusive at this point but can't help but wonder about it.

Maybe HPV in throat?
Can anyone connect these dots? I have been to so many doctors and they all seem useless.

Worth mentioning would be that my ears are pretty closed off from surfers ear and they recommend surgery. I also have chronic sinusitis apparently.

Desperate is desperate grace. Besides ya never know if someone new with something useful to say will pop up.
