Consistent Pleghm

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knows somthing about my current symptoms and if they are STD related.
For the last Several months i Have been spitting up phleghm,  usually clear white to yelowish and very thick . Its not a cough, it just comes out. Its an every day thing and it dosent seem to go away, i dont have any other symptoms along with it except for 1  swollen gland on the side of my neck that has also been there for several months.

I also had tonsilitis a few moths back and that was cleared up with antibiotics, but ever since then i still get white puss on my tonsills every so often.
I am sexually active but i never have unprotcted sex unless its oral.
I tested HIV negative  in december so im due for a test.

Does anybody know what this might be, or have had similar experiences?
