Consistent rash opening of urethra (male) after Oral

Hello,

I received a rash on my penis about a year and a half ago while receiving oral sex. The woman who performed it had a tongue ring and I believe what ever was on it may have entered my urethra and caused infection. The rash started out really big, and then over time it has shrunk and shrunk, to the point it is not very noticeable. I also noticed very small, numerous whiteheads. They are much smaller than normal pimples, and seem to be almost under the skin. They do not disappear and they cannot be popped. Along with this rash, there is some inflation.

The light inflammation keeps my urethra opening, open, which makes me leak urine after I pee.Over the past half year I've noticed a substantial decrease in total fluid during ejaculation. I would say about 1/4 of what is used to be even 1 year ago. Does this indicate possible prostate blockage, or what else could cause this? I've also noticed late fluids from ejaculation making their way out in very small quantities, but after two hours from ejaculation which is not normal in my past experience. Also, very rarely, when following a very strict anti yeast diet, but one that is also with no sugar, I have peed out white clumps. It does not appear to be semen, and has occurred very infrequently.

I've been recently tested for HIV, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia, all negative. Would I be correct in seeking the counsel of a urinologist or dermatologist? What would I ask for, test wise? Could this possibly be a yeast infection of the prostate? Any ideas or suggestions as to might be the cause, is it most likely just bacterial?

Thank you!
M

Hello Grace,

Thank you for the response. Based on the pictures of "pearly papules" I can certainly say that visually they are nothing like. The pimples I have are only surrounding the opening of the urethra. They are very small and accompanied by rash. The rash is more visible, redness and distressed skin, but the bumps are almost invisible and made more visible when erect. They appear to be under the skin, flesh colored with a white center.

I think they may extend into the urethra as well. I will scheduale an exam with a urologist. If anyone else has any suggestions or ideas I'd be more than thankful.

sounds more like pearly papules you are noticing as your rash or even fordyce spots more than anything. certainly follow up on it with your provider.

at this point, see an urologist for further exam including a manual exam of your prostate.
