Constant Itching/Tingling Feeling of Genitals

Hello there,

2 years ago I had an unprotected sexual encounter. Later that night I felt a constant burning/tingling/crawling sensation my penis and scrotum. A month later the irritation spread through to my anus and now it has is everywhere in my genital area (scrotum, penis, bottom, anus and even moving up to my lower back). These symptoms occur all the time, a little more worse at night sometimes waking me from my sleep. After going to the toilet the anus burns with the feeling like the skins is very raw (Never in my life had this before). I have made several trips to  doctors and sexual clinics (no blood tests or swabs samples were taken) all stating that it is not genital herpes and some suggesting that these irritations are all in my head caused by some form of anxiety. I dont believe that these symptoms are a result of anxiety as the girl who this encounter occurred with also presented the same symptoms as I do. I also tried a scabies/lice treatment with no successful reduction in symptoms. I have now arrived at the point where I dont know what to do next and it's quite frustrating as i dont want pass on what ever i have to another partner. If there is anyone who can help that would be great!!

Those are not STD symptoms and from 2 years ago, you should really be seeing a Dr for this. Even though you have already been a Dr is your best resource.
