Could I have an STD?!

About 4 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and oral sex, 10 days later I noticed my right tonsil was giant with white patches but I had no pain. Dr prescribed with amox and it went down a little but came right back. My body has felt extremely warm and I haven't been super hungry lately. I noticed I have pink bumps towards the back of my throat that don't look pleasant at all and my vaginal discharge has been very thick. Again I have absolutely no pain just a swollen tonsil. Could I possibly have HIV??
