Could I have given him an STD?

My old boyfriend claimed he got an STD from me but when i tested for ghonareah and clamidia it came back negative, they said i was clean and had nothing at all to worry about when i explained my exs situation. Im still worried i might have something. Now i have a new boyfriend and im very afraid i might give him whatever my ex had, is it possible? Also he's penis touched my vaginal area without having sex, could i have given him something? what should i do??
Also I am not a virgin, but have not had sex for about 6 months, but when being fingered two fingers hurts a little, is that normal? or a problem. And is that kinda rough part right inside the vagina normal?

The discharge is white, but i dont have herpes or HIV and have been tested negative for ghonnereah and chlamydia, i don't know what else it could be.

Those are the top 2. The only other test is a swab but if the urine is negative and tested 5 or so days after exposure then your ok. If your looking for a clean bill of health the have the herpes test also at 3 months post exposure and you might as well do the syphilis at 6 weeks as well as trich at 7 days.

Hi, if you tested negative then you dont have anything to spread.
