Could It Be "Trick" Or Not

Hi, I'm a 23 year old female, and I had unprotected sex with a guy almost 10 years ago, and I have been very healthy with no problems until now. I have just started having green discharge from my vagina, and sometimes it's green when I wipe myself after urinating but not all the time. Just about everyday there is a couple of small green blotches in my underwear. A couple of months ago my doctor did a pelvic exam, because I was having pain from my vagina, and tested me for clamydia and gonorrhea, but both came back negative, and I didn't have these symptoms at that time, but he did say that my fallopian tubes were a little bigger than usual. So confused and don't know what to do about this green discharge. It sounds more like "trick" than anything, and I wasn't tested for that. But could I have been asymptomatic for this long if I could have "trick".

You should test again for gonorrhea and chlamydia (just to be sure, sure); as mentioned I would expect negative results again.  But I would test again and then see a OB/GYN and talk them  about  what else could be causing your pain.

You mean "trich"? Trich would have been checked out too.
