Could It be STD/STI infection?

Hi all, about 3 months ago, I had sex with a lady. It was protected with condom and I tried to give her oral but since it was my first time giving oral, I didnt like it so I just licked here abit. Then about 2 weeks ago, there were some red spots on my penis after masturbation, and I went to a GP. The GP said it was some burst capillaries and prescribed me with prednisolone. Then about 2 days ago, I noticed a white ring forming with a red patch at the tip of my tongue. It wasnt painful, not sore or anything, just sits there. The ring got bigger today, so I was anxious and went to see 3 GP. 2 of them were saying oral thrush but the other wasnt sure and ordered me STI check. So, before I do the check, just to calm me down, any of you guys experience similar things? Could it be STD? Thanks

Hi, there is not std that cause tongue issues like your describing so it could be more related to thrush as the doctor suggested.

Hi tongue issues like your describing would be thrush related as theres no std that causes things like white red patch. Symptoms of std,s are urethra irritations, puss discharges and blister type sores.
