Could it be herpes or another STD?

On Friday night I had unprotected oral sex and on Monday I noticed two sores on either side of my labia minora. We did not engage in vaginal sex, but there was some nude rubbing. I didn't notice any sores on my partners genitals or mouth but I also wasn't really looking. I'm really paranoid that I have now contracted herpes or another STD

The sores don't really hurt but the area was a bit itchy when I first noticed them

I haven't noticed any discharge or oozing
I'm going to the doctor tomorrow but I am freaking out and really need some advice!! :(

Hi and i would say its not herpes related or any std related as the window period is to short. The average for herpes sores is about a week. It would appear a friction burn from rubbing and esp if he shaves down there.
