Could it be something other than herpes? like what??

Okay....I have been tested several times throughout the year and all my results come back negative! I think i have very sensitive skin because lately when i where a pad i develop a rash where the wings on the pad lay but i noticed i get rashes even when i wear pads with no wings... I always get bumps/rashes randomly in that area, that never really get crusty and heal -like herpes symptoms say. Anyway 2days ago I kinda scratched the area that is now inflammed.  Its like a med size painless bump by the opening of my vagina.  It had a small amount of clear thin fluid come out of it when i wiped after peeing.  It only stings when urine hits it-  it doesnt itch or hurt but im worried that it may be herpes! Im also aware of other genial cyst, ingrown hairs etc that it may be.... I havent went to the doc yet i wanna see how and if it heals...but anybody has had anything like this please HELP!

This could be a reaction to the pads that has become infected.  You should see your doc.
