Could mouth ulcer and sore throat 24 hours after encounter be an STD?

I had a very brief, folish encouter with a much younger, very sexually active woman. The encouter included her giving me a hand and tit job. I kissed and fondeled her ****, and briefly stroked her vagina, I fingered her clit but did not go inside.
The day after I experienced a sore throat and a mouth ulcer like sore. I can't say if it was there prior to the 'expeience', but could I have picked up an STD from such an encounter?
