Could this be a yeast infection IN the penis ?

Alright so A while back ( meaning from last year september) i had sex with a individual and contracted  a yeast infection .. went to doctor and got cream.
took that for a couple weeks and it was working ok. Had unprotected sex with my ex like a month later while still using the cream and like a week later started having discharge and tingling feeling. Went to docotor got tested for std's all came back negative .. however i was given the regular std meds as a precaution and it helped the symptoms somewhat they declined but did not go away. a week and few days later discharge came back ..

This went on for a while went back to doc did another urine test and they gave me more meds cuz they were stumped. again it helped but did not cure. one day i noticed cracks in the skin behind the head where the head of the divides at the back of the penis. also a welt formed at the tip near the openining of the urethra . it swelled up then scabbed over.

A week later Did a urine culture and it all came back negative however it did show small traces of white blood cells in the urine which the doctor said is signs of infection. What infection though was anyones guess.  Went to a urologist with my culture results and he prescribed to me 100mg of doxycycline hyclate which i found out is another treatment for chylmidia.

His reasoning behind it was that if i took medicine before and the symptoms eased then i might just need to be on a more steady dose of the treatment. So far the treatment is working however im curious because if it was chylmidia wouldnt it not show up on the urine culture. So im thinking it might be a yeast infection so some questions i wanted to ask

1. In cases of yeast infections in the penis/urethra is white blood cells in urine a symptom

2.Also is burning sensation when peeing and tingling sensation in shaft a symptom also ?

3. Is the welt i described on the tip of the penis that eventually crusted over (without bursting) a sign also

4. The cracks in the skin < are these signs of yeast infection

4. Behind the head where it splits i notice like a white dry looking spot. Normally see this when either erect of pull
back foreskin so skin stretches and becomes taut. Could that be a sign of thrust infection ?

5. Lastly from time to time i get this itch around the same are described above or maybe a tad bit lower but generally in the same are also could this be a sign

Plan on keeping a eye on it after i finish taking these meds to see what happens but wanted to get some opinions from the community on this.

Thanks for your answers in advance

Well based on the results i ruled out chylmidia ... however my concern is could be it be a infection of chandia also known as yeast in the urethra/skin of the penis and are any of the symptoms im exhibiting signs of such a infection.

Also certain medications can mask the symptoms for a little while and then the symptoms will return if the medication was not for the certain infection. So this is another indication to me that this is not STD related.

1. White blood cells can be a symptom of many things
2. It can be
3. It can be
4. It can be
5. It can be
6. It can be

Sorry I could not be more specific but several symptoms can be linked up to several different things. If you did have a STD like chlymida as long as they specifically tested for it then it would have shown, so I don't think your issue is STD related.
