Could this be anything?

I'm 17 and never had any sexual contact with anyone but I have these little white bumps on my foreskin, only visible when I retract it enough to see the tip of my penis, and they mostly cluster in random spots almost forming lines. But when I retract the foreskin all the way there is none, Basically it is only on the foreskin that urine would touch when I urinate if I don't pull the foreskin back when I do, if that makes any sense.

Another young man posted about this same very thing.  It turns out that this can be normal for some men.  If you have not had sex, it is definitely not caused by an std.  So, either way, you need to be posting in a different forum.  Possibly urology or sexual health.

I forgot to add that they don't hurt or burn or anything, it is slightly red around the affected areas and I think I've had it for a couple years now.
