Could this be herpes?

Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.....

I posted a few months ago after a protected encounter with a girl who was rumored to have hsv2. The encounter was in october (about 7 months ago) i had a few symptoms a couple months after the encounter but went to the doctor and was diagnosed with molluscum. I pushed herpes out of my mind but now i have some symptoms that make me question wether i have it.

Symptoms.... On wednesday before i got in the shower i noticed 3 bumps at the base of my penis basically right in the crease between the pubic area and penis just to the right of the center. They didnt appear as softer blsiters that were movable and could easily be seen filled with fluid they felt harder so i tried to pop one and clear fluid came out. It dindt hurt at all. i then went in the shower to shave the area and aftr i shaved over the bumps so i could see them better there were two small spots of blood where the other two bumps were. All three bumps had some clear fluid that could be sweezed out. These bumps never crusted or scabbed but basically just healed as i saw the skin forming back over them. They were healed in about 5 days and are skiny pink spots on the skin. Now i can see that each of the 3 bumps has a hair follicle right in them with small hairs coming out. Could infected follicles omit a clear fluid? When the bumps were there no hair was in them but after they healed it was obvious each bump was located on a hair follicle. Also i had a doctor look at them the next day after i saw them and she dindt seem to concerned she didnt even culture them. I just want to hear some other opinions. After the first day they did not get worse and basically began healing rigth away. As i said it took about 5 days and now they are pink shiny spots with small hairs coming out of the middle.
