Could this be warts

The last few weeks Ive noticed  tiny not white  but not dark bumps forming next to my penis opening, they are still small, looks like maybe one is red now, and its moved to both sides of my opening. No pain or itching really. I had a std test a month & a half ago, before I saw these.... if its warts should they be getting much bigger by now or what. could it be something else????

Could be a number of things. You would need to see a Dr for proper diagnosis. Bumps can be so many things and a lot of time not STD related.
