Cut inside penis

Sometime last year I went and had an STD test done at the local health unit and ever sense then at time the inside of my penis hasn't felt right. All the test came back negative. I have felt that when they inserted the q-tip like swap into my penis to take a sample for the test they may have caused a small cut of the inside of my penis that has never healed right. Most of the time I am fine but every once in a while there is a slight stinging during urination or ejaculation. When it is the worst is if I have to go to the bathroom and do the #2 when I sit down sometimes I don't notice but the fold of skin around the head of my penis will catch on the toilet seat causing a slight bend in my penis. When I go to urinate it's like the pressure builds up and when the penis straightens out the sudden release of pressure causes pain and my penis to blood. After a short time and more urinating the bleeding will stop. I just feel when I had the test done they may have caused a cut on the inside of my penis and when what I mentioned happens it reopens the cut. I plan on doing to the doctor asap as there was more blood then usual when it happened today. Any advice would be helpful ty.....Brian

I am scheduled to go to the Doctor this Wednesday to get checked out. But if you read my question carefully there is only blood when the item I mentioned happens. My mom talked to a local Dr. and he said it sounds like I might have a tear inside my penis and I really do need to go to the Dr. because it will only get worse. I have had UTI before and this isn't it. There is no pain no constant feeling of needing to pee. I think the tear was caused, like I mentioned in my question, ealier this year when I went for an STD test (which was negative) they use a q-tip like swab and insert it into the head of the penis to get a sample. That evening there was a small amout of blood in my urine so I figured they may have caused a scratch or a small tear on the inside but I figured it would heal on it's own over time, but each time the incident I mentioned in my original question happens there is a little more blood each time, like that there is a tear and it is getting larger each time it happens.

Make sure they also check your prostate.

I'm glad you are going to the doctor - you don't want to wait on this.

Blood in your urine can be caused from a UTI (guys can get the too) or your kidneys.
Having a UTI, you would probably have the urge to pee really bad. If it is kidney related, you may have lower back pain.

Blood is never a good thing to have in your urine and get a Dr app asap. It isn't something to wait around for. When you call, mention you have urine in your blood so they know it is urgent so they don't schedule for a few days later.

Best of luck Brian. Let me know what happens, I'm pretty curious about this one.
