1) The risk is very low,
cutCuts and puncture wounds or no cut, and I doubt anybody ever acquired HIV that way; and the chance she has HIV is low as well. But no specific data are available and I can't make any further comment. I do not think you need HIV testing.
2) Kissing risks no STD, except oral herpes (which isn't an STD); and certainly not AIDS. There are no data to indicate that the risk rises if there are open sores in the mouth, but even when people have HIV, saliva typically does not contain infectious virus.
3) With apology, I can't tell from that description whether what you have is a wart or something else. It depends on such things as the size, precise location, and presence or absence of associated symptoms. I might be able to tell more with a more detailed description. (But from what you say, it doesn't sound like any of the common STDs.)
Good luck-- HHH, MD
1: unless ur finger was gushing blood and she was on her period your risk in near 0
2: 0 chance. Saliva is a killer of HIV, too much bacteria in the mouth.
