Dark Red Spots on testicles

I just found out that I have about 7-8 dark red spots that has the same color tone as the numerous veins around my right testicle. The spots are pertruding, pin size.

I had an episode of protected insertive oral sex with a commercial sex worker and she did lick my testicles. I am really scared and wonde if these spots are some sort of STD?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Something like that is impossible to put definite odds on, but very, very small.  I'm sure you just have something else going on.

I doubt the licking part would change your doctors assessment.  You don't have herpes.  You do however have anxiety, if I were you I would focus on that first.

No hairs over the spots. What are my chances of HSV or other STD through this one episode of licking?

I am really worried about passing anything to my partner. I did see a doctor and he said it doesn't look like any STD, but he did confirm with me that I have no genital contacts. I forgot to tell him about the licking part, would that change his assessment?

It would be possible to get something like HSV from your exposure, however, what you describe sounds nothing like HSV.  And that exposure would be a long shot.  I'm going to guess that you're just looking too closely at things.   Do the spots have hairs in them by chance?  If so it could be folliculitis.  Or something else.  Just doubtful it's a STD.
