Dark patches of skin on my penis head

I don't really know what this could be, there is no pain or anything, but over the last 5 months I have seen these two patches of skin on the head of my penis go a darker shade and it is spreading slowly. Should I be worried? What should I do?

that's not true i'm having the same problem. i slept with a African girl some time ago. She had dark spots all over her body. i thought it was just part of her skin tone, but a few months latter I started getting dark spot over my body. it started on my penis and has spread to alot of my body.
I've seen people with this problem out in the street but have never heard anything about it because i think most people think it's like a birth mark or something. I would also like to know what it is because it's spreading.
i think it spreads through the seemin. I got some on my girlfriends face and she has a large brown spot that is now spreading.
