Deeply concerned for a Stupid mistake..wish I could go back in time...

I went for a massage 3 hours ago at a massage parlor and things moved on very quickly and I eneded up having sex with the girl...We did not have any oral sex, and for intercourse she brought a condom in the room. At first She kissed my lips and put her tongue in my mouth a little bit but I was very hesitant so that was for a very short time. After I ejaculated, when I took my penis out I saw she took something off of her vagina that looked rubbery and I realized the head of condom was ruptured inside her while the body of the condom was still on my penis. I really don't know how and if it got open as I was pulling out or when I was inside her. I was very nervous but I tried to keep my cool with her. She said she did not have any std's and she said she had just started doing this. I cleaned all my private area with alcohol afterwards. I know I need to get some tests done for stds but the thought and having to wait is killing me...I cant function at all anymore..what are the chances that I would contract any of the stds?! What is your advice for me as far as the timing of getting any tests done? Should I get tests done tomorrow or wait a little bit? My primary docotr knows my family and I really dont want to get him involved, I saw there are some free clinics in the city that offer free tests though, are they reliable?? GREATLY appreciate your respond

STD's would be the least of your concerns if there is a chance you got her pregnant
