Diagnosed with ureaplasma urealyticum

So I've been having trouble over the last couple years and couldn't figure out what was wrong until now - at least I think I have. All Dr's I've seen told me my symptoms were related to natural occurring things in my body. I was diagnosed with eczema about 7 years ago. It causes scaly patches on my skin that will heal and flake over again then heal. I used to just have one or two (one on the head of my penis was the first one and it has never fully gone away). Now I have several and I also have them on my scalp and a few in my groin area. I've been prescribed topical steroids for this - it does help. I also have sweating primarily from my armpits and feet for no apparent reason. I also feel sickly a lot without ever actually getting sick. Anyway, with all that said, I was diagnosed with ureaplasma urealyticum a couple weeks ago when I finally insisted on an std test. My Dr. acted like it was no big deal and prescribed a z-pack. I took the entire 5 day treatment and did begin to feel better. A lot of the spots even started clearing up. I began this treatment last Tuesday and finished on Saturday. It is now Friday of the following week and I'm not feeling too good. I had the sickly feeling real bad yesterday and a mild burning in my penis which is still there today. I'm also sweating worse than I have in a while and I'm just sitting here. Originally thought the sweating was caused by nerves but that is just not the case. It will happen for no reason at all when I'm completely relaxed like I am right now. My question is what should I do? I went to see him this Monday after finishing the medicine on Saturday because I had a sore in my armpit that I thought could be a lymph node but he looked at it and said it was just irritation - it has gone away. I also told him I wanted to be tested again to be sure I am clear and he said to come back in a week from then. The test he ran was a urine test that looked for all the common stuff like Clamydia, Ghonorrea, hsv 1 and 2, (sorry for spelling) and some other stuff that I dont remember. It was all negative except for the ureaplasma. I do have a girlfriend and she has had trouble in the past and been treated with antibiotic but we were never told I needed to be treated so I wasn't. My Dr. said we were probably just passing it back and forth. We have not had sexual contact since my diagnosis and we have both taken a z-pack. Should I wait to go see my Dr. or should I try to get back in there? Everything I've looked at says the medicine should be out of my system by now but I still feel bad. Is there something else I should be getting tested for? Btw up until a couple years ago I did not have this sweating or fatigue problem no matter how nervous I got. I am athletic and run often and have always been pretty health until lately. Never had allergies (which I do now) and never had this sweating problem even when working out. I also get hot flashes that seem to accompany the sweating at times. I know my body and something isn't right here. Please help.

I wanted to elobrate a little more but had to go quickly. So sweating and skin issues and swollen this or that is not in relation to it. I am not sure what is going on. Wish I could be of more help.

Thats what the Dr keeps telling me. I don't know where to go from here because I think I should be good by now but I certainly don't feel good. The main reason I'm posting here is because I currently do not feel good and can tell something isnt right. I feel sickly and literally am sweating through my shirt just sitting here by myself.

Those skin issues would nto be related to the STD
