Different test results. What to do?

What do I have and is it getting worse?
I was tested by Labcorp in 11/2013.
Chlamydia positive
HSV1 >5
HSV2 1.13 (positive)
Tested by Quest in 11/2014.
Chlamydia negative
HSV1 >5
HSV2 No value given just says "in range"....results negative
Tested by Labcorp in 12/2014
Chlamydia negative
HSV1 >62.2
HSV2 3.14 (positive)

I tested in 2011 because I had red, shiny, painless round or oval spots on my penis. Google images looked exactly like Syphillis so I thought I had that and got the test. Not that but Chlamydia though the spots didn't look like the images for it. Got antibiotics and spots eventually went away.
Spots came back in August of 2014. Looked online and thought it could be balanitis or yeast infection. Used Monistat for a week. Nothing.
Then coconut oil for a week. Nothing.
Then Lotrimin for a week. Nothing.
Then I got tested in November. Results for everything looked good so I got tested in December by another lab to make sure....and the results were terrible with higher numbers.

Is there any way to find out what I do have or not have?
My girlfriend is just as freaked out as I am, and won't have sex or contact of almost any kind.
I know it's a mess but I appreciate any advice you can offer. Thank you.

Well your chlamydia test is negative. See a Dr and have him/her explain results to you.

I believe the chlamydia test was urine. Instructions said not to urinate within 30 minutes of chlamydia or syphillis tests.
