Discharge STD or Not?

Hi Doctors,

Can you please give some advice regarding my situation.

I had a brief fellatio experience from a stripper on a Batchelor party (15 seconds), this happened on a stage in a nightclub with no aim for sexual gain on my part (just a result of alcohol), this happened on 14th June 2014.

After this experience I decided to get tested because I have a partner. I was tested twice via NAAT and was negative for everything, me and my partner already carry Herpes so didn’t test for this. I have not had penetrate sex with anyone since I met my wife and I’m sure she is the same. I have completely put this experience to the back of my mind as a mistake until recently. On 16th September (yesterday) I noticed some white discharge from my penis, had a slight sting when I urinate and the need to keep going for a pee.

I have been the doctors and they suggested discharge can come from many things outside of STD’s – thrush, cystitis etc. I have been treated for a urinary tract infection from my doctor but worried regarding the accuracy regarding my NAAT tests three months ago. I have already been tested twice and worried that my tests have missed an STD.

Can you offer any advice in this situation?

Jack

Sorry to bother you again. I've just got my UTI test back. I had no white blood cells in my results so no further testing required.

According to Doc Handsfield, absence of WBC in your urine/urethra indicates clear from NGU. Is this correct?

I'm beginning to think that this discharge was likely to be urine or morning glory semen.

No, but discharge would happen within 3-5 days with NGU. No bacteria from herpes would not cause NGU.

I cant recall my results mentioning NGU. Does testing for NGU / NSU get tested with gonorrhoea testing? because my partner has herpes can this result in this transfer of bacteria causing the NGU infection?

I have read numerous things on urethritis and this something I have been worried about.

You really had no risk for a STD and the tests prove that. It is not a STD.
