Possibly gonorrhe or chlamydia.  Many cases of those infections, but not all, would also cause discharge from the penis and discomfort or pain on urination.  If you are at risk for STD (new partner, multiple partners, etc) you should see a HCP, perhaps your local health department's STD clinic.  Don't try to treat yourself, and don't delay just because your symptoms are mild or even if they go away.
