Discharge

I have previously posted in the chlamydia forum and am continuing to have problems.  I have a discharge that sometimes has a strong odor.  It is not foul, just like a vinegar smell.  It is sometimes watery, or mucous like.  It is also sometimes very thick and yellow.  I am negative for chlamydia and gonorrhea per NAAT.  I better be with all the medication I had been given at the health department.  But discharge is still there.  Could this be trich?  If so, why has it not been detected?  I have been tested 3 times for all diseases and with the exception of the first (chlamydia), have gotten negative results.  I have already been to the emergency room but cannot follow up with my gyno until May when my insurance starts.

Yeah.  That's the problem.  They have tested me for everything and say that there is nothing else they can do.  That is why I ended up in the ER.  They tested me for trich, bv, yeast, chlamydia, and gonn as well.  I guess I'm just going to have to try to tough it out until May.  Thanks.

Ugh - still having problems?

It could be trich.  Trich is sometimes hard to find on tests.  Can you go to an std clinic and get tested there?

If its negative though, they probably won't treat based on symptoms.
